It is
essential, in order to progress in your otolaryngology residency, that
you pursue an active course of independent reading. You should focus on
committing to your personal education over the next four years. You
will, of course, be reading for Journal Club and lecture presentations
as well the resident is expected to become familiar with the required
Home Study Course and the required SIPAC reading list on each rotation
during the four-year period of training.
